Tato práce si klade za cíl popsat problémy se stanovením hodnoty podniku a výběrem nejvhodnější metody k tomu sloužící. Jedním z dalších cílů bude věnovat se tomu, co přinášejí tyto metody při přenosu do praxe, při užití na půdě soudů. This thesis focuses on company valuation in crisis environment. My aim was to complement the traditional economics-based approach to this issue with insights from legal point of view, in particular rules and case law.
