Pozadí: Katecholaminergní polymorfní komorová tachykardie (CPVT) je vysoce letální, dědičná arytmogenní porucha, vyskytující se bez strukturního poškození srdce. Background: Catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia (CPVT) is a highly lethal inherited arrhythmogenic disorder occurring in the absence of a structural heart disease. Predominantly it is caused by the mutations in the cardiac ryanodine receptor gene (RYR2). There are implications that RyR2 macromolecular complex remodeling leads to sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) calcium (Ca2+) leakage. …more
