Tato práce předkládá základní informace o anatomii, histologii a fyziologii jícnu. Následující část se zabývá patofyziologií jednotlivých stádií gastroezofageální refluxní choroby (GERD), kterými jsou refluxní ezofagitida (RE), Barrettův jícen (BE) a adenokarcinom ezofagu (EAC). Abstract:
This thesis presents basic information about anatomy, histology and physiology of esophagus. Following part deals with various stages of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), namely reflux esophagitis (RE), Barretts esophagus (BE) and esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC).
