Práce je soustředěna na studium přípravy a biologických účinků nových 2,6,9-trisubstituovaných purinových inhibitorů cyklin-dependentních kinas (CDKs) odvozených od struktury roskovitinu. The work is focused on the study of preparation and biological effects of new 2,6,9-trisubstituted purine inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), derived from the structure of roscovitine.
