Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá riadením podniku v čase krízy, ako aj ostatnými náležitosťami, ktoré bezprostredne patria ku krízovému riadeniu. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na definíciu krízy a venuje sa typológii kríz. Sú v nej definované príčiny krízy a možné spôsoby predchádzania jej vzniku, vplyv vonkajšieho a vnútorného prostredia.
