Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá praktickým využitím metody preterapie v individuální práci se seniory. Cílem této práce je prozkoumat možnosti praktického využití preterapie – techniky kontaktních reflexí, v práci se seniory s demencí, zjištění vlivu využití techniky na zlepšení kontaktu s klientem a zlepšení spolupráce klienta s pracovníkem v kontextu praxe sociální služby zaměřené na péči o seniory. V teoretické části popisuje způsoby, jak porozumět nekomunikujícím seniorům a možnosti a cíle navázání kontaktu s nimi. V kazuistické části ukazuje možnosti praktického použití. V závěru hodnotí vliv využití kontaktních reflexí na interakci pracovník – klient.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the practical use of the Pre – Therapy method in individual work with seniors. The objective of this work is to explore the possibilities of practical use of pre- therapy contact reflections techniques in working with seniors with dementia, finding out the influence of using this techniques on improving contact with the client and improving cooperation between the client and the worker in the context of social services. The theoretical part describes ways to understand non – communicating seniors and the possibilities and goals of establishing contact with them. The case study shows the possibilities of practical use. Finally, it evaluates the influence of the use of contact reflections on the employee – client interaction.
