The BSC method applying in measurement of efficiency in a transport company
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá novou pokrokovou metodou měření výkonnosti firmy - Balanced Scorecard {--} systémem vyvážených ukazatelů. Rozpracovává jednotlivé perspektivy této metody - finanční perspektivu, zákaznickou perspektivu, perspektivu interních procesů a perspektivu učení se a růstu. Tato metoda je dále aplikována na konkrétní dopravní firmu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the new progressive method of measurement of a transport company efficiency - Balanced Scorecard {--} the system of balanced aspects. Single prospective methods such as financial, customer, of internal process, studying or growing are worked out in detail. Further is the method applied for the definite transport company
