Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na přiblížení a vysvětlení personální práce podniku a seznámení s personální politikou v konkrétní firmě. Cílem práce je analýza personálních činností v organizaci Federace rodičů a přátel sluchově postižených, o. s. a zjištění, zda jsou v uvedené organizaci mezery či nedostatky týkající se personálních činností, případně navrhnout kroky či doporučení ke zlepšení.

The work is focused on the approach and explanation of personal work and meeting with company personnel policy in a particular company.
