Práce prezentuje souhrn současných poznatků o lymské borelióze. Popisuje původce onemocnění, znalosti o kolování agens v přírodě, způsob přenosu, patogenezi a možnou terapii. Hlavní kapitoly zahrnují přehled o možnostech laboratorní diagnostiky. Představují rutinní metody i ty méně používané. Abstract:
This paper presents a summary of the current knowledge on Lyme disease. It describes the causative agents of the disease, the knowledge about the circulation of the agent in nature, the mode of transmission, pathogenesis and possible therapy.
