The Influance of an Alcohol Addicted Person to a Family Life

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice rodiny, rodinnému systému, kde jeden z rodičů je závislý na alkoholu. V první části shrnuje teoretické znalosti o rodině, alkoholismu, o závislosti a jeho léčebných procesech. Zaměřuje se na vlastní fungování rodiny, na atmosféru, která doma panuje, na komunikaci mezi jednotlivými členy rodiny. Popisuje jakým způsobem probíhá výchova dítěte a jaká je ekonomická situace domácnosti. Poukazuje na proces socializace dítěte, na jeho postupné začleňování se do společnosti, na jeho uplatnění se v životě, na vlastní sebepojetí, na charakteristiky dětí vyrůstajících v rodinách alkoholiků. Druhá část je věnována výzkumu. Formou kazuistiky popisuje vývoj rodiny, její vlastní fungování, výchovu dětí, komunikaci mezi jednotlivými členy rodiny, zejména mezi manžely a dětmi. Zachycuje rozdíl mezi rodinou, kde otec alkoholik podstoupil ústavní léčení v protialkoholní léčebně a rodinou, kde otec alkoholik léčbu odmítá.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis presents the issue of family and life in the family, where one of the parents is addicted to alcohol. The first part is a summary of theoretical facts about family, alcoholism, addiction and methods of treatment. It is focused on the family life and the atmosphere inside the family, on the communication among the family members. It describes how is the child grown up and what is the economic situation of the household like. It points out the process of child socialization, its step by step implying into society, its self-appraisal. personal characteristics of a child growing up in the family of an alcohol addicted person.The second part presents the research. With the case report it describes the family development, its functioning, growing up children, communication among the family members, mainly between parents and children. It shows the difference between the family, where the father – alcoholic – underwent the attendance the addicts’ rehabilitation centre and the family where the one is rejecting it.
