Bakalářská práce je věnována mezilidským vztahům. Teoretická část se zabývá základními tématy interpersonálních vztahů mezi lékařskými a nelékařskými profesemi na porodním sále. Poznatky jsou aplikovány do situací, které vznikají nebo mohou v porodnici nastat.Výzkumná část je zaměřena na rozdílnost názorů porodních asistentek, týkajících se problematiky vztahů mezi nimi a lékaři. The Bachelor´s thesis deals with interpersonal relations. Theoretical part presents basic topics of interpersonal relationships between medical and non-medical staff at delivery room. All the information and findings are put into situations that happen or can happen in maternity hospital.
