Abstract:
Práce zkoumá důkazní řízení v České republice, které dále srovnává se zahraničím. Snaží se, pokud možno o nalezení různých zlepšení v trestním řízení užívaných v jiných státech zejména v USA, Anglii a Egyptě.
Abstract:
The thesis examines the evidence proceeding in the Czech Republic and compares it with other countries. It tries, if possible, to find various improvements in criminal proceedings used in other countries, especially in the USA, England and Egypt.
