The role of the grandparent in a family and in a society

Abstract:

Název bakalářské práce je ?Role prarodiče v rodině a ve společnosti?. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vývoj a změny role prarodiče v rodině a ve společnosti. Práce se zabývá teoretickými přístupy, vzájemnými vztahy a souvislostmi týkající se tématu. Mapuje proměny, vývoj a společenské aspekty role prarodičů a mezigenerační vztahy v historii. Obsahuje úhel pohledu na problematiku ze strany účastníků vztahového procesu ? zástupců tří generací, sociální politiky státu a mezinárodních poznatků. Práce pokračuje poznatky získanými při realizaci projektu nevládní neziskové organizace, přínosu pro zúčastněné strany a multiplikačním efektem. V závěru jsou shrnuty poznatky z teorie a praxe, jejich vzájemné souvislosti a vlivy na vývoj role prarodiče v rodině a ve společnosti, moţnosti a potřeba uplatňování získaných poznatků v praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is called ?The role of the grandparent in a family and in a society?. The main aim of thesis is to analyze developing and a changes the role of the grandparent in a family and in a society. The work deals with a theoretical approaches, an interrelationships and a connections contained in the issue. The thesis charts a changes, a development and a social aspects the role of the grandparents and an intergenerational relationships in a history. There is contained the perspective on the issue of representative in three generations, a social policy and an international resources. The thesis continues by a knowledge which was detected in a project realized by the nongovernmental organization, benefits for the participants and a multiplier effect. The end of the work describes the results of the knowledge of the theoretical approaches and practices, a reciprocal links and the impact of the change the role of the grandparent in a family and in a society, the possibilities and usefulness to apply an acquired knowledge in a practice.
