Abstract:

Príbulová, M. Benchmarking turistických oblastí jižní Moravy na základě spokojenosti návštěvníků. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Diplomová práce se zabývá benchmarkingem pěti turistických oblastí v turistickém regionu Jižní Morava na základě celkové spokojenosti návštěvníků s důrazem na vliv počasí, přičemž práce zohledňuje dva aspekty, a to vnímané a skutečné počasí. Cílem práce je poskytnout co nejvěrohodnější obraz o stavu výkonnosti turistických oblastí bez zatížení oběma vlivy počasí a zároveň zhodnotit jejich dopady na celkovou spokojenost s cílem objasnit, který z obou aspektů je pro organizace cestovního ruchu do budoucna oprávněnější zohlednit při hodnocení výkonnosti turistických oblastí. K identifikaci a odstranění vlivu počasí na vzorku 1 913 návštěvníků je použita regresní analýza.

Príbulová, M. Benchmarking tourist areas of South Moravia based on visitor satisfaction. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2024. The thesis deals with the benchmarking of five tourist areas in the tourist region of South Moravia based on the overall satisfaction of visitors with an emphasis on the weather effect, and this thesis considers two aspects, perceived and actual weather. The aim of the thesis is to provide as reliable a picture as possible of the performance status of the tourist areas without the burden of both weather influences and at the same time to evaluate their impacts on overall satisfaction with a clarification of which of the two aspects has more justification for tourism organisations to consider when evaluating the performance of tourist areas in the future. Regression analysis is used to identify and eliminate the weather effect on a sample of 1913 visitors.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá benchmarkingom piatich turistických oblastí v turistickom regióne Južná Morava na základe celkovej spokojnosti návštevníkov s dôrazom na vplyv počasia, pričom táto práca zohľadňuje dve hľadiská, vnímané a skutočné počasie. Práca si dáva za cieľ poskytnúť čo najviac spoľahlivý obraz o výkonnostnom stave turistických oblastí bez zaťaženia oboch vplyvov počasia a súčasne zhodnotiť ich dopady na celkovú spokojnosť s ozrejmením, ktoré z týchto dvoch hľadísk má pre organizácie cestovného ruchu väčšie opodstatnenie brať do úvahy pri hodnotení výkonnosti turistických oblastí v budúcnosti. K identifikácii a odstráneniu vplyvu počasia je využitá regresná analýza pri vzorke 1913 návštevníkov.
