Therapy by Adventure in the Therapeutic Community of Magdaléna

Abstract:

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou terapie dobrodružstvím v Terapeutické komunitě Magdaléna. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Na základě studia odborné literatury byly objasněny klíčové pojmy, kterými jsou terapeutická komunita, včetně zaměření terapeutické komunity na různé druhy závislostí. V práci je dále kladen důraz na kapitolu týkající se pracovníků terapeutické komunity. Poslední oddíl teoretické části práce se zabývá samotnou terapií dobrodružstvím. Teoretické poznatky mají přímou souvislost s výzkumnou částí práce. Cílem výzkumné části práce je zjistit, jak pracovníci Terapeutické komunity Magdaléna vymezují terapii dobrodružstvím a jaké zkušenosti a očekávání mají pracovníci Terapeutické komunity Magdaléna od terapie dobrodružstvím. V rámci výzkumného šetření byly s pracovníky terapeutické komunity vedeny polostrukturované rozhovory a také byla využita analýza interních písemných materiálů terapeutické komunity Magdaléna, které se terapie dobrodružstvím týkají. Rozhovory i písemné materiály byly následně analyzovány pomocí kvalitativní metody Meaning Constitution Analysis.

Abstract:

Submitted thesis is dealing with problemacy of therapy of adventure in the Therapeutic community Magdaléna. This thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. Based on the study of professional literature, key notions were clarified, such as therapeutic community, including focus of therapeutical community on different kinds of addictions. This thesis emphasises on the chapter, which relates to workers of therapeutic community. The last part of theoretical part of this thesis is dealing with the therapy of adventure itself. Theoretical knowledge has direct link with research part of the thesis. Objective of the research part is to find out, how the workers of Therapeutic community Magdaléna define the therapy of adventure and what experience and expectations do the workers of Therapeutic community Magdaléna anticipate from therapy of adventure. Half structured dialogues were led with the workers of the therapeutic community within this research investigation. Analysis of the internal written materials of the Therapeutic community Magdaléna, which affect therapy of adventure, was also used. Dialogues and written materials were then analyzed using the qualitative method Meaning Constituion Analysis.
