Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku humanitární a dobrovolnické pomoci v rámci potravinové bezpečnosti. Konkrétně řeší situaci na Ukrajině. Teoretická část práce se zabývá historií humanitární pomoci, definicí a vývojem této oblasti, klíčovými událostmi a organizacemi, různými typy humanitární pomoci a příklady humanitárních misí a dobrovolnictví. Dále se věnuje potravinové bezpečnosti, zahrnující problematiku ve světě a v České republice. Faktory ovlivňující potravinovou bezpečnost jako nedostatek hnojiva, zvyšování cen potravin a nadměrné využívání přírodních zdrojů. V praktické části jsou stanoveny cíle práce a popsány použité metody včetně Ishikawa diagramu. Dále je provedena analýza humanitární pomoci při zajištění potravinové bezpečnosti a dobrovolnictví na Ukrajině. Na základě analýzy jsou navržena opatření snižující rizika a zajišťující humanitární pomoc v krizových situacích.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of humanitarian and volunteer assistance in the context of food security. Specifically, it addresses the situation in Ukraine. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the history of humanitarian aid, the definition and development of this field, key events and organizations, different types of humanitarian aid and examples of humanitarian missions and volunteering. It also deals with food security, covering issues in the world and in the Czech Republic. Factors affecting food security such as fertilizer shortages, rising food prices and overexploitation of natural resources. The practical part sets out the objectives of the thesis and describes the methods used, including the Ishikawa diagram. Furthermore, an analysis of humanitarian assistance in food security and volunteering in Ukraine is made. Based on the analysis, measures to reduce risks and ensure humanitarian assistance in crisis situations are proposed.
