Integration of Information security management to company management system

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření postupu integrace managementu bezpečnosti informací v systému řízení společnosti, a to v komplexním pohledu řešení. Postup je uveden na praktickém příkladu zavedení komplexní bezpečnosti v bance, který je v přiměřeném rozsahu aplikovatelný na jakoukoliv společnost. Bezpečnostní management, či vrcholní zástupci společností získají přehled a představu o jednotlivých krocích implementace včetně souvislostí, které tato integrace vyžaduje. Dále práce ilustruje množství zdrojů nutných jak pro vlastní zavádění bezpečnostního systému, tak pro jeho udržitelný rozvoj. Práce se tak stává nejen návodem k integraci bezpečnosti, ale i podkladem pro erudované rozhodnutí organizace k tomuto kroku, jelikož představuje nezbytné informace o přínosech, časové náročnosti, nezbytných zdrojích a rizik úspěchu. Práce zároveň porovnává další přístupy k této problematice v jiných bankách a hodnotí jejich výhody a nevýhody.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is a procedure for the integration of the information security management system in the management of the company, and in the comprehensive perspective of the solution. The procedure is based on practical example of introduction of comprehensive security in the Bank which is within reasonable limits, applicable to any company. Security management, or the top representatives of the companies, gain an overview and understanding of the individual steps of the deployment, including links, that this integration requires. Furthermore, the work illustrates the amount of resources necessary for implementation of security system itself and for its sustainable development. The work thus becomes not only the instructions to integrate safety, but also the basis for the erudite decision of organization to take this step, as it presents the necessary information about the benefits, time requirements, the necessary resources and risks for success. Work at the same time compares other approaches on this issue in other banks and evaluates their advantages and disadvantages.
