Analysis of injuries in gymnastics aerobic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výskytu zranění u závodnic sportovního aerobiku. Cílem této práce bylo provést analýzu výskytu zranění u specifické skupiny závodnic sportovního aerobiku ve věku 17 a více let a poukázat tak na nejčastější zranění. Pro získání dat byla využita metoda dotazníkového šetření. Třicet závodnic vyplnilo dotazník zaměřený na analýzu výskytu zranění. Získaná data byla dále zpracována a podrobena analýze. Výsledky ukázaly vysokou četnost výskytu zranění. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že nejčastější oblastí zranění jsou dolní končetiny (70 %) a to konkrétně zranění v oblasti kolenního kloubu. Mezi další často poraněnou oblast patří horní končetina (17 %). V této oblasti závodnice nejčastěji čelí zraněním v oblasti zápěstí. Délka rekonvalescence byla nejčastěji uvedena v rámci týdnů (43 %). Problémy po návratu do tréninku při zatížení poraněné oblasti pociťovala většina dotazovaných (47 %).

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the occurrence of injuries by female athletes in sports aerobics. The aim of this study was to analyse the incidence of sports injuries in a specific group of female sports aerobics athletes aged 17 and over, highlighting the most common injuries. The method of the questionnaire survey was used to obtain the data. Thirty athletes completed this questionnaire focused on analysing the occurrence of injuries. The obtained data were further processed and analysed. The results showed a high frequency of injuries. The results revealed that the most common area of injured part in the human body is the lower limbs (70 %) and especially the knee joint area. Another frequently injured part of the human body is the upper limb (17 %). In this part of the body, female athletes have most often problems with injuries in the wrist area. Recovery duration was the most commonly reported within weeks (43 %). Majority of the athletes (47 %) had problems with the injured part of the body after their return to the training.
