Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zajišťování a financování veřejných statků na úrovni obce Kostelec. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The submitted bachelor thesis is focused on providing and financing of public goods on the level of Kostelec municipality. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part the local government units (villages and regions) and their economy are described at first, then the public estates and its division and also the ways of securing and financing are defined.
