DESIGN OF VARIABLE FURNITURE SOLITAIRE

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem variabilního nábytkového solitéru v podobě stoličky s možným využitím odkládacího či příručního stolku nebo stojanu pro dekorativní předměty. Teoretická část se zabývá historií sedacího, stolového a multifunkčního nábytku a také historií šachu. Dále typologií, antropometrií, ergonomií, bezpečností nábytku a technologií zpracování. V poslední řadě také průzkumem trhu. V praktické části je obsažena návrhová část, samotná tvorba včetně 3D modelu a vizualizací a metoda konečných prvků. Zabývá se také skladováním, balením, ekologií či konstrukcí samotného výrobku. V závěru je doplněna o fotografie z výroby a fotografie hotového výrobku.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design of a variable furniture solitaire in the form of a stool with the possible use of a storage or handy table or stand for decorative objects. The theoretical part deals with the history of seating, table and multifunctional furniture as well as the history of chess. It also includes typology, anthropometry, ergonomics, safety of furniture. and processing technology. Lastly, market research. The practical part includes the design part, the actual creation including the 3D model and visualizations, finite element method. It also deals with storage, packaging, ecology or the construction of the product itself. In the end, it is supplemented by photographs of the production and photographs of the finished product.
