Functional zones of the town Lovosice

Abstract:

Práce se snaží řešit problematiku funkčních zón ve městě Lovosice. Ke zpracování byly vybrány následující funkční zóny: průmyslu, bydlení, dopravy, obchodu, rekreace a zeleně. Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat vývoj těchto zón v letech 1979 - 2008, určit souvislosti mezi jednotlivými zónami a vytvořit prognózu budoucího vývoje. Rok 1979 byl důležitý z několika důvodů. Lovosický průmysl již rok produkoval nové kapalné hnojivo DAM. Z velké části již byla dokončena přestavba města. Zbývalo dobudovat poslední tři panelové bloky. Důležitou úlohu začal hrát labský přístav, kde bylo uvedeno do provozu překladiště uhlí. V tomto roce se také začalo s výstavbou nové kryté haly. Všechny zóny ve sledovaném období rostly. Jednotlivé zóny nejsou izolované, ovlivňují se navzájem. Největší změny nastaly v zóně průmyslu. Zdejší chemický podnik produkoval stále větší množství minerálních hnojiv. Zóna se rozrostla plošně. Na okraji města vznikly čtyři nové průmyslové zóny. Jedna je již zaplněná, další dvě se postupně obsazují a jedna je ponechána jako rezervní. Rozvoj v průmyslové zóně byl částečně umožněn napojením Lovosic na dálnici D8. Výstavba bytů pokračovala do roku 1983 a poté stagnovala. Obchodní zóna se rozrostla zejména o budovy supermarketů, tradiční centra obchodu zůstaly na svém místě. Zóna zeleně a rekreace se zásadním způsobem nezměnila. V budoucnu zřejmě dojde k dalšímu rozvoji v zóně průmyslu a tím pádem i v zóně bydlení. Je třeba rozšířit plochy zeleně ve městě.

Abstract:

This work tryes to find a solution to the problems of the funktional zones of the town Lovosice. These funktional zones were choosed to elaboration: industrial zone, housing zone, traffic zone, commercial zone, recreation zone and green zone. The aim of this work was to describe a progression in these zones in the years 1979 - 2008, to establish the continuities among several zones and to create some following progress forecast. The year 1979 was important in the number of the reasons. The industry produced in Lovosice the first year new liquid fertiliser, called DAM. The reconstruction of the town was finished largely. It was over to build the last three blocks of flats. The harbour in Lovosice started to play a great role. Some transship centre for coal was built here. The works started on the new indoor sports hall this year. All the zones growed up in the monitored period. The singular zones are not separated in the reality, they interact themselves. The most remarkable changes happened in the industrial zone. Lokal chemical factory produced more and more mineral fertilisers. Industrial zone expanded in the area too. Four new industrial zones rised in the fringe of a the town. The first is full now, the second and the third one are occupied mainly by outlandish investors. The last zone is leaved as a reserve. The progress was supported in the industrial zone partway thank to the connection the town on the highway D8. The housing contructions continued to the year 1983 and then it stagnated. Commercial zone increased by the supermarkets, traditional centres of the commerce stayed in the same areas. The recreation zone and the green zone changed not so much. In the industrial zone will obviously come about next progress and the same situation will obviously come about in the housing zone for that reason. It is necessary to extend the green areas in the town.
