Study of important crop genomes in the Fabaceae family
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnuji studiu genomů čeledi Fabaceae, zaměřuji se na charakteristiku nejdůležitějších genomů leguminóz. Následně je mezi sebou porovnávám a odhaluji jejich syntenii. V druhé polovině práce se zabývám zejména symbiotickým vztahem vyšších rostlin s bakteriemi kmene Rhizobium zajišťující fixaci dusíku a také zejména rostlinnými geny, které ji umožňují.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study genomes in the Fabaceae family, focus on the characteristics of the most important genomes of legumes. Then compare them with each other and reveal synteny between individual plants. In the second half deals with particular symbiotic relationship of higher plants and bacteria of the genus Rhizobium to ensure nitrogen fixation and the plant genes to allow it.
