Předmětem bakalářské práce je řízení kvality, jeho náklady a přínosy pro konkrétní společnost. Tato práce je tvořena ze dvou hlavních částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým zpracováním, kde jsou představeny znaky a kritéria kvality, normy ISO 9001 a ISO 14001 a seznámení se strukturou těchto norem, především normy 9001. The main object of these Bachelor theses is a quality management, its costs and benefits for a specific company. This work consists two main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical treatment. There are introduced characteristics and criteria of quality, norms ISO 9001and ISO 14001.
