Electronic Component Decapsulation Methods
Abstract:
Cílem práce je prostudovat stávající a perspektivní metody odstranění části zapouzdření elektronických součástek, především integrovaných obvodu zapouzdřených v plastových a keramických materiálech. Součástí práce je přehledné zpracování popsaných metod s příklady aplikací včetně vyobrazení.
Abstract:
The aim is to study existing and prospective methods for removal of encapsulation of electronic components, particularly integrated circuit encapsulated in plastic and ceramic materials. Part of the work is a survey of the described methods with application examples including images.
