Criminality of Children and Youth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přetrvávajícím celospolečenským problémem, kterým je bezpochyby kriminalita dětí a mládeže. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se zabývám vývojem a historií kriminality dětí a mládeže, dále jsou zde vyjmenovány jednotlivé trestné činy, které jsou páchány dětmi a mladistvými. Dále se zde zaměřuji na vliv rodiny, která je velmi důležitým faktorem při výchově dětí. V práci je také zmíněno násilí páchané na dětech, které také negativně ovlivňuje vývoj jedince. V praktické části jsem uvedla dva skutečné případy, přičemž první z nich je zaměřen na kriminalitu mladistvých a druhý je naopak věnován kriminalitě páchané na dětech. V závěru své bakalářské práce definuji nedostatky, které jsou překážkami specialistům služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování v kvalitním a efektivním boji s trestnou činností páchanou dětmi a páchanou na mládeži.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with a persisting social problem of the deliquency of the children and the youth. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I deal with the development and history of the children and youth deliquency, further there are single crimes that are commited by the children and youth. Then I focus on the influence of family, which is an important factor in raising children. I also mention violence on children, which adversly influences the development of the individual. In the practical part I introduce two case studies, the first one is focused on youth deliquency, the other deals with the violence on children. In the conclusion of the thesis I define the faults that prevent the specialists of the criminal police from the effective strugle with the criminal activities of children and upon the youth.
