Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právními aspekty spojenými se zaměstnáváním žen. Zhodnocuje právní úpravu v této oblasti a pojednává o zákazu některých prací těhotným a kojícím ženám. Rozebírá i ochranu zaměstnankyň při sjednávání pracovního poměru a konkrétní pracovní podmínky žen. Annotation This bachelor thesis is concerned with the legal aspects connected with the employing the women. It sums up the legal regulations in this field and deals with prohibition of some work to the pregnant women and women on breastfeeding.
