Předmětem práce je mapování důvodů volby a setrvání v učitelské profesi. Jejím cílem je potom zjistit, které faktory ovlivňují motivaci učitele střední školy k výkonu jeho profese a do jaké míry jsou čeští středoškolští učitelé ke své práci skutečně motivováni. The main subject of this thesis is mapping of the reasons for the choice and remaining in the teaching profession. Its aim is to find out which factors affect the motivation of a se-condary school teacher to practice his profession and to what extent are Czech high school teachers really motivated to do their career.
