Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta trpícím Crohnovou chorobou. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá celkovou definicí a etiologií onemocnění, dále je v práci zmíněn historický vývoj nemoci, který dále přechází v klinický obraz, kde je konkrétně přiblížena oblast specifických projevů nemoci, její diagnostiky, případných komplikací a různých fází nemoci.
