Abstract:

V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá právní úpravou odpadového hospodářství České republiky. Rozebírá právní systém a nakládání s odpady v ČR. V praktické části je práce zaměřena na analýzu systému odpadového hospodářství v obcích. Analyzuje stav konkrétních obcí Mikroregionu Ždánicko a charakterizuje systém nakládání s odpady firmy EKOR, s.r.o. Dále porovnává kvalitu odpadového hospodářství, pozitiva a negativa přístu-pů, řešení a praxe jednotlivých obcí. Nakonec se bakalářská práce zabývá návrhy pro zlep-šení stavu odpadového hospodářství v konkrétních obcích, ale i v obcích obecně.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis deals with legal regulation of waste management in the Czech Republic. It discusses the legal system and waste management in the country. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the waste management system in municipalities. It analyzes the status of specific Ždánický region and characterizes the sys-tem of waste disposal of EKOR.s.r.o. Furthermore, it compares the quality of waste ma-nagement, the pros and cons of the solutions and practices of the particular villages. Fina-lly, the thesis suggests several proposals for improving the state of waste management in specific communities, but also in the comunitites in general.
