Microbial succession was studied in the bulk soil and rhizosphere of Carex brizoides, Conyza canadensis, Digitalis purpurea, Epilobium angustifolium and Senecio sylvaticus in burnt beech, spruce and pine forests of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park over three seasons in 2023.
