Abstract:

Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá problematikou trvale udržitelného rozvoje a navrhování objektů v souladu s trvale udržitelnou výstavbou. Dále popisuje hodnocení budov národním certifikačním nástrojem SBToolCZ, budovy s nízkou energetickou náročností, hospodaření s energiemi a popisuje vnitřní prostředí obytných budov. V aplikační části Diplomová práce zpracovává architektonický návrh a projekt pro stavební povolení dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. a pozdější změny 62/2013 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Rodinný dům je navržen v souladu s principy integrovaného navrhování a je projektován tak, aby co nejméně zatěžoval životní prostředí, včetně z hlediska ekonomického provozu. V závěru práce je navrhovaný objekt certifikován z pohledu environmentálního, sociálně – kulturního a ekonomického hodnocení národním certifikačním nástrojem SBToolCZ a ohodnocen průkazem energetické náročnosti budov.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the theoretical part of the problem of sustainable development and design of buildings in accordance with sustainable construction. It also describes the assessment of buildings using the national certification tool SBToolCZ, buildings with low energy intensity, energy management and describes the interior of residential buildings. In the application part the work elaborates the architectural design and the building permit project according to Decree No. 499/2006 and subsequent amendments 62/2013 ( building documentation). The family house is designed in accordance with the principles of the integrated design and is designed to minimize the burden on the environment, even in terms of economic operation. At the end of the thesis, the proposed building is certified from the point of view of the environmental, socio - cultural and economic evaluation by the national certification tool SBToolCZ and evaluated by the energy performance certificate of the buildings.
