Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje studiu reaktivního magnetronového naprašování pomocí optické emisní spektroskopie. V první části jsou vyloženy základní fyzikální principy naprašování a základní metody diagnostiky plazmatu včetně optické emisní spektroskopie. Dále je popsán Bergův model. This work dedicates itself to study of reactive magnetron sputtering using optical emission spectroscopy. The basic principles of sputtering and basic plasma diagnostic methods including optical emission spectroscopy are presented in first section. Next, the Berg model is described.
