Abstract:
Cílem bakalářská práce, je vypracovat soubor opatření pro zlepšení a rozvoj komunikačních toků v obchodní společnosti XA, které jsou následně implementovány na základě zjištěného současného stavu interní komunikace a zpětné vazby. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a set of measures for the improvement and development of communication flows in the business company XA, which are subsequently implemented based on the current state of internal communication and feedback.
