Succession strategy in a specific family business
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracování nástupnické strategie v praxi konkrétní rodinné firmy, Strojírny Vehovský s.r.o., která tuto strategii může využít při předání firmy z jedné generace na druhou. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z problematiky nástupnictví pro vypracování úspěšné nástupnické strategie a na základě těchto poznatků je vypracována samotná nástupnická strategie.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop a succession strategy for the specific family business, Strojírna Vehovský s.r.o., that can use the strategy for the actual succession from one generation to another.
