Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována analýze kyseliny hyaluronové se zvláštním zaměřením na její deriváty. Jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o její struktuře, použití a historii objevu. Dále jsou zde také zmíněny základní informace o vzniku její polymerní struktury. Součástí práce jsou různé možnosti modifikace kyseliny hyaluronové a analytická stanovení tohoto polymeru a jeho derivátů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of hyaluronic acid with a special focus on its derivatives. Here are some basic information about its structure, usage, and history of discovery. Furthermore, basic information on the formation of its polymeric structure is also mentioned.
