Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním a identifikací rozdílů mezi daňovou kontrolou a kontrolou po propuštění zboží. Analýze a komparaci jsou podrobeny fáze před zahájením, při zahájení a při ukončení. V první části jsou srovnávány kontrolní postupy stran hmotněprávní úpravy. This bachelor thesis deals with comparison and identification of differences between Tax and Post-release Control. The analysis and comparison are subjected to pre-start, start-up and end-up phases. The first part compares the control procedures of the substantive law. More space is devoted to the comparison of procedural law.
