Conceptualization of terrorism in relevant documents of the UN Security Council
Abstract:
This final thesis deals with the conceptualization of terrorism by the UN Security Council. It is based on analysis of its documents, predominantly resolutions and shows what acts have been understood by the UN Security Council as terrorism. Predkladaná záverečná práca sa venuje konceptualizácii terorizmu podľa Bezpečnostnej rady OSN. Je založená na analýze jej dokumentov, predovšetkým rezolúcií a predstavuje, ktoré činy poníma Bezpečnostná rada ako terorizmus. V závere konštatuje, že je nemožné predložiť ucelený a konečný výpočet týchto činov, nakoľko terorizmus sám o sebe je veľmi premenlivý a preto sa aj prístup Bezpečnostnej rady OSN …more
