Anotace: Zabývám se pojetím odměny za práci a zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením. Chci na základě rozboru hospodářských výsledků firmy prokázat výhodnost zaměstnávání těchto osob.
Abstract:
Anotace: I deal with the concept of pay and employment of persons with disabilities. I, on the basis of economic analysis of the company's results demonstrate advantages of employing these people.
