Employee evaluation, acceptance and perception of the impact of artificial intelligence

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání etických aspektů užívání umělé inteligence (UI) v pracovním prostředí. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza perspektivy zaměstnanců na UI, zkoumání jejich přijímání této technologie a porozumění jejich vnímání dopadů na pracovní prostředí. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku důvěry, transparentnosti a spravedlnosti v rámci nasazení UI ve firemním prostředí. Z výsledků empirického výzkumu vyplývá, že většina zaměstnanců nepociťuje obavy ohledně zavádění UI na pracoviště a spíše by tuto inovaci přijmula ve svém pracovním procesu. Výsledky této studie přispějí k lepšímu pochopení etických výzev spojených s UI a přinesou doporučení pro podporu etického nasazení a užívání UI v pracovním prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the research of ethical aspects related to the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace. The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the perspectives of employees on AI, researching their acceptance of this technology and understanding their perception of impacts on the work environment. Thesis focuses on issues of trust, transparency, and fairness in the context of the deployment of AI in the work environment. The results of the empirical research show that most employees do not feel apprehensive about the introduction of AI in the workplace and would rather embrace this innovation in their work process. The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the ethical challenges associated with AI and provide recommendations for promoting the ethical use and deployment of AI in the work environment.
