Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo Zjištění struktury ichtyocenózy na nejméně 50 profilech (30 tocích) na území ČR metodou elektrolovu. Popsat morfologie toků a dalších parametrů (substrát, hloubka, šířka, charakter koryta) na výše lovených profilech a Zjistit úlovková a násadová data od příslušných ÚS ČRS. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis was to determine the structure of the ichthyocenosis on at least 50 profiles (30 streams) in the Czech Republic using the electrofishing method. Describe the morphology of the streams and other parameters (substrate, depth, width, character of the bed) on the above-fished profiles and find out the catch and spawning data from the relevant ÚS CRS.
