Bakalářská práce pojednává o inovaci a kreativitě, jako zdroji konkurenční výhody na příkladu malého a středního podniku. Konkrétním analyzovaným podnikem je Wellness hotel Jean de Carro****. The bachelor thesis deals with innovation and creativity as a source of competitive advantage on the example of small and medium enterprise. A particular analyzed company is the Wellness hotel Jean de Carro ****. In the practical part of the work, Porter's model of five forces, benchmarking method and SWOT analysis are used.
