Analytical chromatography of sugars
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme detekci glukosy, fruktosy a sacharosy pomocí metody TLC a optimalizaci postupu, dále pak sestavení analytického systému vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie HPLC s refraktometrickým detektorem a jeho využití pro analýzu sledovaných cukrů.
Abstract:
In this bachelor's thesis we focus on the detection of glucose, fructose and sucrose using the TLC method and optimization of the procedure, as well as on the construction of an analytical system of high performance liquid chromatography HPLC with a refractometric detector and its use for the analysis of studied sugars.
