Diagnostics and repairs technology of railway infrastructure

Abstract:

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku diagnostiky a technologie oprav železniční infrastruktury. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány základní pojmy v oblasti železniční infrastruktury, je prezentována historie železniční infrastruktury až po současnost. Dále je popsán legislativní rámec drážní dopravy, řízení a zabezpečení železniční dopravy, způsoby provádění diagnostiky železničních tratí a opravy železničního svršku a spodku. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedena analýza mimořádných událostí v drážním provozu a možné příčiny jejich vzniku. Jsou prezentovány výstupy realizovaného kvalitativního výzkumu se zaměstnanci vybrané firmy zabývající se diagnostikou a prováděním oprav železniční infrastruktury a dále se zaměstnanci Správy železnic. V další části práce je zpracována analýza s využitím metody What-if, na jejímž základě lze vyhodnotit významnost rizika mimořádných událostí a stanovit příčiny, které významně ohrožují bezpečnost železniční dopravy.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of diagnostics and repair technology of railway infrastructure. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic terms in the field of railway infrastructure are described, the history of railway infrastructure up to the present is presented. Furthermore, the legislative framework of railway transport, management and security of railway transport, methods of carrying out diagnostics of railway lines and repair of railway top and bottom are described. In the practical part of the thesis, an analysis of extraordinary events in railway operations and their possible causes is carried out. The results of qualitative research carried out with employees of a selected company dealing with diagnostics and repair of railway infrastructure and with employees of the Správa železnic are presented. In the next part of the work, an analysis using the What-if method is prepared, on the basis of which the significance of the risk of extraordinary events can be evaluated and the causes that significantly threaten the safety of railway transport can be determined.
