Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížení problematiky vzniku znalostní společnosti. Práce si též dává za cíl čtenáře uvědomit o významu inovací. Autor práce by byl velmi rád, kdyby si čtenář uvědomil nejen díky historii učených společností, že v minulosti se v českých zemích rodili lidé, jejichž celosvětový přínos nelze zpochybnit, a tím dát najevo, že je v čem pokračovat, a že je na co navázat. Pokračovat v činnostech, jež by zajistila našim vědcům celosvětový věhlas. Celá práce je rozdělena na teoreticko-metodologickou část a praktickou část. V teoreticko-metodologické části je obecně nastíněn školský systém, dále následuje přiblížení spolků učených lidí. Následující kapitola se věnuje inovacím. V jednotlivých jejich subkapitolách je čtenář seznamován s pojetím a principy inovací, inovačními procedurami atd. V praktické části je přiblížen vzdělávací systém České republiky v mezinárodním srovnání. Jsou zde porovnávány jednotlivé sféry vzdělávání: od předškolního až po vysokoškolské. Čtenář je postupně seznamován s pozicí českých studentů ve srovnání se zeměmi OECD, popř. se zeměmi EU.

Abstract:

In this graduation thesis I aim to familiarize the reader with the challenges in establishing areas of social sciences in the Czech Republic or its previous forms and their further development. I will draw your attention to the fact that our country has produced people who have had a great influence in academic circles on an international scale. I will explore this area and their input and suggest that there is potential to continue and develop this tradition further. My work is divided into theory-methodology and the practical part. The first part outlines the educational system and academia in the Czech Republic followed by the innovation process within. Conceptions and procedures of the innovative process are described in the subchapters etc. The practical module is dedicated to noting the similarities and differences of the Czech educational system in the international context. The comparison is made in all stages of schooling starting with nursery and finishing at the university level. The differences are gradually explained as to the status of Czech students in comparison to students of OECD or EU countries.
