Innovation services to customers in selected enterprise as an element of its future development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií potřeb zákazníků a inovací služeb. Cílem je zanalyzovat poskytované služby, na základě průzkumu potřeb zákazníků a navrhnout možné inovace služeb ve zvoleném podniku v Pelhřimově. Zvolena byla specializovaná prodejna - vinotéka. Ke sběru primárních dat byly použity metody dotazníkové šetření, pozorování a řízený rozhovor. Ke sběru sekundárních dat byla zpracována rešerše zkoumaných materiálů podniku. Získané údaje byly analyzovány a následně vyhodnoceny. Z výsledků vyplývá, že chování zákazníků při využívání a nákupu služeb, je ovlivněno celkovou nabídkou podniku. Na základě inovací některých služeb je možné uspokojit potřeby zákazníků.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with the theory needs of customer and service innovation. The aim is to analyze provided services based on a survey of customer needs and suggest possible service innovation in selected company in Pelhrimov. The selected company was a specialized store – the wine store. For the collection of primary data were used methods of observation, questionnaire and structured interview. For the collection of secondary data was compiled the research of examined materials by company. The obtained data were analyzed and then evaluated. The results show that the behavior of the customers in the use and purchase of services is influenced by the overall offer of company. On the basis of innovation some services can satisfy the needs of customers.
