Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou zhodnocení interrupcí různými morálními systémy. Na základě několika rozsudků evropských soudů se zkoumá jejich tendování k určitým morálním systémům, zvláště ke křesťanství.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the problematics of evaluating of interruptions by various moral systems. On the basis of some european courts decisions the author examines their tendencies towards certain moral systems, especially towards Christianity.
