Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o problematice zranění ve sportovní gymnastice. Největší procento zranění bývá ve fázi doskoku, kdy musí sportovec vyrovnávat síly. V hlavní části je popsána gymnastika, pojmy týkající se gymnastiky jako např. pravidla, nářadí a doskok obecně. Speciální část se zabývá klouby dolních končetin a mechanismy jejich poranění. Abstract:
This paper discusses the issue of injury in artistic gymnastics. The largest percentage of injuries is at the stage of landing. In this moment the athlete must compensates large reaction forces. The main part describes gymnastics and its concepts related to the rules, tools and rebound general. A special section deal with the joints of lower limbs and mechanisms of injury.
