Abstract:
Tématem této práce je exartikulace v kolenním kloubu a její následné protetické řešení. V úvodu se stručně věnuje vývoji protetiky a důvodům amputací. V navazujících kapitolách popisuje chirurgické techniky exartikulace, výhody a nevýhody vzhledem k jiným výškám amputací dolních končetin z hlediska protetiky, a zabývá se vlastnostmi amputačního pahýlu. Abstract:
The aim of this work is the knee disarticulation and its follow up prosthetic treatment. The beginning is dedicated to the development of the prosthetics and to the reasons for amputation. In following chapters work describes surgical techniques, advantages and disadvantages of a knee disarticulation compared to other heights of amputations, and deals with qualities of a stump.
