Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat situaci současné právní úpravy nakládání s komunálním odpadem. Po krátkém historickém přehledu, vymezení pramenů a nejdůležitějších pojmů následuje stěžejní část mé práce, a to rozbor jednotlivých povinností a oprávnění obce a dalších subjektů v procesu nakládání s komunálním odpadem.
