Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti investice. Jedná se o italskou trattorii, která vytváří každoročně zisk, avšak nemá dostatek prostor pro rozšíření kapacit pro hosty, proto se společníci rozhodli pro otevření nové provozovny. This thesis deals with the evaluation of investment efficiency. This is an Italian trattoria, which produces an annual profit, but does not have enough space to expand capacityfor guests, so the partners decided to open a new establishment.
